Geology Museum

Geological Museum of the Geology Institute of the Wroclaw University has existed since 1866. The museum collects and protects geological and paleontologic collections. It has both paleozoological and paleobothanical items.

The regional collections come mainly from Sudetes Mountains and foothills. The museum runs lessons on the subjects of Earth science for primary and secondary schools. Both scholars and students utilise the collection.

Sundays - closed

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays  – 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Wednesdays and Fridays - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Saturdays - 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m
